stuffed french toast

This is a recipe that is good for breakfast or as a dessert. I usually make this on Friday nights for our dinner during Lent. Any fresh fruit can be used.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Holy cow, this French toast is delicious! Is it breakfast, brunch, or dessert? Who cares... after one bite you're just going to want more. I love that Sandy uses orange juice rather than milk in the egg dip. The cream cheese and strawberry stuffing is finger-licking good. Impress your family and friends with this delicious recipe.
