6 cplain flour

12 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2-3 cmilk
-
4 Tbspstrawberry yogurt

150 gbutter
-
1 1/2 cdried fruit, ie sultanas

1 csultana bran or similar

2 tspsugar
How To Make strawberry scones

1Preheat oven 220c Into one bowl combine, milk, sultana bran, dried fruit, yogurt n sugar. Stir well. Leave to stand as long as possible.

2Into large bowl combine flour, baking powder n salt, mix well. Grate butter, rub into dry mix.

3Add wet mix to dry mix, stir in well.

4Wrap baking paper around oven tray. Lightly flour bench, roll out n cut scones to desired size. Place on oven tray. Bake 12-15 mins at 220c until starts to brown, turn oven off, leave to cook on residual heat 5-10 mins until just cooked thru. Stand 10 mins on tray out of oven, serve, ENJOY! Repeat process as will be none left for tomorrows lunch.
