Ingredients For strawberry-rhubarb cup dessert

1 lbrhubarb, fresh, cleaned, cut into 1/2" thick slices

1/2 csugar

1 cwater

1 - 3 oz. pkgstrawberry, jell-o

whipped cream, sweetened or cool whip

strawberries, fresh, whole (dipped in sugar) or fanned (for garnish)
How To Make strawberry-rhubarb cup dessert

1Toss rhubarb with sugar in a large saucepan; stir in water.

2Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add dry jell-o mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour into dessert cups.

3Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

4When ready to serve, dallop of whipped cream & a strawberry either dipped in sugar or fanned out on top.
