How To Make strawberries and cream napoleons

1Take puff pastry out of package and break each one in half. Then cut each half into 3 squares. So you will have 12 squares. Bake as directed on package and let cool.

2Mix the whipping cream until stiff peaks form add the sugar and whip. Fold in the strawberries. Layer the strawberries on one square of puff pastry add another piece of puff pastry more strawberry mixture than top with another piece of puff pastry.
