I got this along time ago off of a Ready made pie crust from Keebler. I have tweeked it just a little!

Ingredients For spring breeze cheesecake

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1
    keebler gram cracker pie crust
  • 1 can
    lemon pie filling (optional )

How To Make spring breeze cheesecake

  • 1
    cream cheese MUST be room temp! mix all together and put in pie crust, refrigerate for 1 hr, The lemon pie filling is optional. It makes for a really tall pie too!
