Ingredients For sopapilla cheesecake

3 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 1/2 csugar

1 cmilk

2 tspvanilla extract

1 stickbutter or margarine, melted

2 tspcinnamon, ground

2 cancrescent rolls
How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

1Line pan with Crescent Rolls flattened Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees

2Mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup Sugar, Milk and Vanilla until smooth Spread Cream Cheese mixture on baked Crescent Rolls

3Lay Crescent Rolls (uncooked) flattened on top of Cream Cheese mixture

4Melt butter Add cinnamon and ½ cup of Sugar to melted butter

5Drizzle on top of uncooked Crescent Rolls

6Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
