Ingredients For sopapilla cheese cake

  • 2 cans cresent rolls
  • 2 eight ounce packages of cream cheeese
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • sugar and cinnamon

How To Make sopapilla cheese cake

    Allow the cream cheese to soften. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed on mixer until smooth and creamy. Take one can of cresent rolls and press in bottom of 9 x13 pan. Spread cream cheese mix on top of these. Take the remaining can of cresent rolls and make a top crust of them. Melt butter in microwwave and pour over top of cresent rolls. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of butter. PLace in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Excellent warm or cold. My friends all ask me to bring this for dessert when we get together.
