    nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    skim milk

    frozen berries (of your choice)

  • 3
    ice pop sticks

How To Make smoothie pops

  • 1
    blend yogurt, skim milk and frozen berries until smooth. pour into paper cups with ice pop sticks. freeze until solid.
