Option: Can drizzle with melted chocolate after removing from pan. I leave plain.

Ingredients For rolo fudge brownies

  • 1 box
    fudge brownie mix, 13x9 family size betty crocker
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3 pkg
    rolos, 3-1.7 oz rolls
  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make rolo fudge brownies

  • 1
    Preheat oven 325. Make brownies as directed on box. (Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended)
  • 2
    Spray bottom of brownie pan (12 individual squares).

    Fill each cup with brownie mix (I used an ice cream scoop).
  • 4
    Cut each rolo in half and place 4 rolo 1/2's on top of each brownie square (caramel up). Sprinkle each with pecans. Bake 23 minutes. Let cool slightly. Remove each from pan.
