    ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c
    pecans,chopped
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • cool whip

How To Make ritz cracker dessert

    Blend egg whites,sugar,and vanilla to make a meringue mixture.

    Add the crackers and nuts to it.

    Pour into a lightly greased 9x9 inch pan.

    Bake at 325 degrees for thirty minutes.Top should be lightly golden.Serve with Cool Whip and roasted pecans.
