This is one of the many recipies handed down to me by my husbands wonderful Grandmother.

Ingredients For rhubarb crunch
- CRUST

1 cflour
-
3/4 cquick oatmeal

1 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 cbutter, melted
-
1 tspcinnamon
- FILLING
-
1 csugar
-
2 Tbspcorn startch

1 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla

1-2 crhubarb, diced
How To Make rhubarb crunch

1Mix crust ingrediants until Crumbly. Then press 1/2 the crumbs into a 9 inch pie pan. Cover with thick layer of rhunbarb.

2In a sauce pan, mix filling ingredients. Cook until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with the other 1/2 of the crust crumbs.

3Bake at 350 for 1 hour. While still hot top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
