This recipe is one that was shared to take and make at a Longaberger home show when I was a consultant. I love rhubarb, so it was one that I immediately wanted. The directions do not state what to do with the rhubarb, so I probably chopped it up... (Is rhubarb considered a fruit? or a vegetable?)

1 csugar

3 Tbspflour

1 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 cflour

1 coatmeal

1 stickbutter
How To Make rhubarb crunch

1Mix rhubarb, sugar and 3 T flour and place in the bottom of a pan. Add to top the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden brown.
