This was made frequently while we were growing up. Between our place and grandma's there was always rhubarb to be found. This smells great while baking and tastes even better!

Ingredients For rhubarb cobbler

  • 4 c
    cut rhubarb
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make rhubarb cobbler

    Place rhubarb in Buttered 9x13 pan. Cover with sugar. Place in oven at 350° while you combine and blend: 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c nuts, chopped

    Top the rhubarb (now warm and juicy) with crumb mixture. Return to oven and bake for 25-35 minutes or until browned.
