Ingredients For raspberry rolls

1/2 cwarm water

2 Tbspyeast

1 tspsugar

2 cmilk, scalded

1/2 cbutter
-
2 Tbspsugar

2eggs, beaten

1 tspsalt

2/3 cinstant vanilla pudding

6 cflour (maybe a little more)

1/2 canraspberry pie filling
- FILLING

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cbutter, softened

4 cpowdered sugar
How To Make raspberry rolls

1Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir then set aside. Add butter, sugar, eggs and salt to milk. Then add pudding and yeast mixture. Add flour and knead til smooth.

2Place in floured bowl and let rise till doubled. Roll out and spread with raspberry filling.

3Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices. Place on greased pan. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

4Icing: Mix together. Ice rolls with cream cheese icing.
