- FOR THE STREUSEL

1 ceach brown sugar and flour

1/2 crolled oats

1 stickbutter softened

How To Make pumpkin streusel bars

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.

2To make the crust Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Press into bottom of pan.

3To make the filling Beat all ingredients together and spread over the crust.

4To make the streusel Mix all the ingredients together will look like large crumbles. Sprinkle over top pumpkin layer.

5Bake about 45 to 50 minutes. Toothpick will come out clean when inserted in middle. Let cool. Lift out with paper and cut into squares
