3 lgeggs (beat for 5 minutes)

1 tsplemon juice

3/4 call purpose flour

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg

1 csugar

2/3 cpumpkin

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspginger
-
1/2 tspsalt
- FILLING
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
6 ozcream cheese
-
4 tspmargarine

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make pumpkin roll

1After you have beaten the three eggs for 5 minutes Add all of the other ingredients. Put pumpkin mixture on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. When done turn out on a tea towel sprinkled with powder sugar. While still warm roll up and let cool completely. now cream together the powdered sugar, butter, and the cream cheese. Then unroll and spread with filling and nuts, reroll and refrigerate.
