Love this dessert.... something a little different from the usual Pumpkin Pie at the holidays.

Ingredients For pumpkin-praline dessert

  • 15 oz
    can pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted

How To Make pumpkin-praline dessert

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of a 13x9x2 inch pan.

    Stir together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice until smooth. Pour into pan, Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Pour melted butter evenly over top.

    Bake uncover 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about and hour and a half
