Ingredients For pumpkin pie crunch bars

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can
    (12 oz.) fat free or regular evaporated milk
  • 3
    large eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    butter, melted

How To Make pumpkin pie crunch bars

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.

    Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into the greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
