I went to a friends house during the holidays last year and she served this to us for dessert--We loved it--the friend said she was not a good cook but thought this was easy and good. I found out she was right--Great for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients For pumpkin pie crunch

  • 1 can
    solid pumpkin ( 16 oz)
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1 c
    butter--melted
  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • whipped cream topping

How To Make pumpkin pie crunch

  • 1
    Combine pumpkin , milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl. Pour into 13x9 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans.Drizzle with melted butter. ( do not use less)

    bake 50 to 55 min. at 350 degrees or until golden.
