1/2 cbuttermilk

1/4 cvegetable oil

3/4 cchopped pecans
- TOPPING

1/3 cbrown sugar

1/3 cfinely chopped pecans

1/4 cflour
-
1/4 cbutter (cold)
How To Make pumpkin pecan muffins

1Preheat oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.Beat in wet ingredients. Fold in pecans.

2Fill lined cupcake tins 3/4 full.

3Prepare topping- in bowl add flour, brown sugar and pecans. cut in butter until crumbly.

4Sprinkle topping over batter in prepared tins.

5bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
