  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    pumpkin
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • TOPPING
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    butter (cold)

How To Make pumpkin pecan muffins

    Preheat oven to 375. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.Beat in wet ingredients. Fold in pecans.

    Fill lined cupcake tins 3/4 full.

    Prepare topping- in bowl add flour, brown sugar and pecans. cut in butter until crumbly.

    Sprinkle topping over batter in prepared tins.

    bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
