I have made this myself & it is yummy. You can eat it in or not in a pie or other desserts

Ingredients For pumpkin parfait

  • 1 can
    15 oz libby pumpkin filling
  • 1 box
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1
    tub of cool whip topping thawned
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cloves, ground
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices

How To Make pumpkin parfait

  • 1
    In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together until well blended, serve in favorite bowl as is or in a pie crust
