This is a great way to enjoy pumpkin in a different way than pie. Great served warm with ice cream or Cool whip/ whipped cream on top.

Ingredients For pumpkin crunch dessert

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 15 oz
    can solid pack pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    melted butter

How To Make pumpkin crunch dessert

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

    Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar,cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

    Pour into pan and sprinkle dry cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.

    Top w/ pecans and drizzle melted butter over pecans.

    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown.
