Great recipe for the holiday season or any occassion. My family loves this recipe served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For pumpkin crunch

1 pkgyellow cake mix

1 canpumpkin

1 canevaporated milk

3 lgeggs

1 1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cchopped pecans

1 cbutter, melted
-
whipped topping (optional)

ice cream (optional)
How To Make pumpkin crunch

1Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

2Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.

3Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
