Ingredients For pumpkin crunch

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can
    pumpkin
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • whipped topping (optional)
  • ice cream (optional)

How To Make pumpkin crunch

  • 1
    Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk,eggs,sugar,cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

    Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
  • 3
    Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix. Top with pecans and drizzle melted butter evenly over dry cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Note* I like to top with ice cream or whipped topping.
