1 28oz canpumpkin (not pie filling)

1 large canevaporated milk

1 csugar

3eggs

4 tsppumpkin pie spice

1 tspsalt

1 boxjiffy yellow cake mix (one layer size)

3/4 cmelted butter or margarine

1/2 cpecans, chopped
- INSTEAD OF 4 TSPS OF PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, YOU CAN USE 1/2 TSP GINGER, 1 TSP CINNAMON, 1/2 TSP NUTMEG, AND 1/2 TSP CLOVES. CAN ALSO USE MASHED SWEET POTATOES OR YAMS INSTEAD OF PUMPKIN.
How To Make pumpkin crumble

1Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, mix well. Pour into a buttered 13x9 pan.

2Mix dry cake mix and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture.

3Top with chopped pecans.

4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until set.

5Serve with whipped cream or cool whip.
