i worked at a small resturaunt in northwest indiana for two polish ladies.we made this during the fall season,and NEVER had any left at the end of the evening.i hope that each of you try it and most of all Enjoy it.

Ingredients For pumpkin crisp

  • 1-16 oz
    can pumpkin or can use fresh
  • 1 can
    large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar or substitute
  • 2 Tbsp
    pumpkin spice
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c
    margarine (melted)

How To Make pumpkin crisp

  • 1
    PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees mix first 5 ingrediants together.and pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.sprayed with cooking spray.sprinklecake mix on top with chopped pecans and then drizzle with the margarine. bake for 1 hour best served warm with whipped cream omg!youll think that you died and went to heaven <3
