Ingredients For pumpkin cobbler

1 lgcan pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 can(12 oz) evaporated milk
-
4eggs, slightly beaten

1 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tsppumpkin pie spices

1 tspsalt

1 box(18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
-
1 cchopped pecans (or so)

1 stickbutter, melted

1 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make pumpkin cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2Mix together the pumpkin, spices, sugar, eggs, salt and evaporated milk. Stir until blended. Pour into the pan.

3Sprinkle the dry cake mix on top of the pumpkin mixture, top with pecans.

4Pour melted butter over cake mix and nuts and sprinkle with brown sugar.

5Bake for 1 hour and 15-20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
