3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make pumpkin blondies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 18x13" pan with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in pumpkin until incorporated.

3In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

4Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well-combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and coconut.

5Spread evenly in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
