Ingredients For pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing

4eggs

1 2/3 csugar

1 ccooking oil

1 (15 oz) canpumpkin

2 cflour
-
2 tspbaking powder

1 Tbspcinnamon

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

3 ozpackage cream cheese
-
1/2 cbutter or margarine, softened

1 tspvanilla
-
2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Mix all ingredients together using a spoon.

3Pour in an ungreased 11x15 inch pan (bar pan)

4Bake for 25 min. If using a 13x9 pan, bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees.

5Let cool, beat ingredients for cream cheese icing until smooth and spread on top of bars.
