I used to make this for the holidays and had misplaced the recipe. I am so glad to have found it as it is very tasty and moist.

Ingredients For pistachio bread

1 boxyellow cake mix (do not use cake with pudding in the mix)

1 boxinstant pistachio pudding (small)

4eggs
-
1/4 cwater
-
1/4 coil
-
1 csour cream
-
1 csugar
-
1/3 cpecans, chopped

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make pistachio bread

1Beat together cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil, and sour cream. Pour 1/3 of the batter in a greased loaf pan. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Alternate layers of batter with layers of cinnamon mixture (3 each); ending with cinnamon mixture as top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ENJOY!!!
