1 pkgdigestive biscuits

4 ozmargarine

6 ozconfectioners' sugar

2eggs

1 cancrushed pineapple

4 ozdouble cream

How To Make pineapple fridge cake

11st layer:- 4oz margarine
1 pkt digestive biscuits
crush the biscuits but leave about 4-6 for topping
melt the margarine and mix with the crushed biscuits
spread into a swiss roll tin and bake at 350f or 170c for 15 minutes. leave to cool -
22nd layer:- 4oz margerine
6 oz confectionary sugar
cream together with 2 eggs,
and spread over 1st layer -
33rd layer:- crushed pineapple
4oz double cream
drain the crushed pineapple
whip the cream and mix with the crushed pineapple
and spread over the 2nd layer
with the 4-6 crushed biscuits left over sprnkle over the top and then place in the fridge for at least 6 hours better overnight - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
