This cheesecake is frozen (no baking) and tastes like peppermint ice cream. I've been making this every Christmas for years. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family.

Ingredients For peppermint cheesecake

1 1/2 ccrushed oreo cookies

4 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1/4 csugar
-
2 pkgcream cheese (8 ozs. each)

1 cansweetened condensed milk (14 ozs.)

1 ccrushed peppermint candy
-
1/2 cmini chocolate chips

1 ptheavy cream
How To Make peppermint cheesecake

1Combine crushed cookies, melted butter and sugar. Press into 9-inch springform pan or 9" x 13" baking pan. Set aside.

2Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk gradually. Stir in candy and chocolate chips.

3Beat cream until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour over cookie crust. Cover and freeze.

4To serve let stand for a few minutes. Remove sides of springform pan. Garnish with additional crushed peppermint if desired.
