Just made this last night for a family get-together, and it was both easy and YUMMY!!

Ingredients For peanut butter cheeseball

8 ozsoftened cream cheese
-
3/4 cpeanut butter
-
1 cpowdered sugar

3/4 cpeanut butter chips
-
3/4 cmilk chocolate chips

3 Tbspdark brown sugar
-
graham crackers, teddy grahams, or apple slices
How To Make peanut butter cheeseball

1Beat together sugars, cream cheese, and peanut butter, until well mixed.

2Spoon onto center of sheet of plastic wrap, pulling corners together, to form mixture into a ball. Freeze 1.5 hours.

3On a flat pan, scatter chips. Unwrap ball and roll it onto the chips, pressing them into the ball, if needed. Once it's covered w/the chips, place it on a serving tray and freeze, until time to serve.

4When ready to serve, add grahams and/or apple slices, along with a small knife. ENJOY!!
