Just made this last night for a family get-together, and it was both easy and YUMMY!!

Ingredients For peanut butter cheeseball

  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • graham crackers, teddy grahams, or apple slices

How To Make peanut butter cheeseball

    Beat together sugars, cream cheese, and peanut butter, until well mixed.

    Spoon onto center of sheet of plastic wrap, pulling corners together, to form mixture into a ball. Freeze 1.5 hours.

    On a flat pan, scatter chips. Unwrap ball and roll it onto the chips, pressing them into the ball, if needed. Once it's covered w/the chips, place it on a serving tray and freeze, until time to serve.

    When ready to serve, add grahams and/or apple slices, along with a small knife. ENJOY!!
