I'm not a fan of fudge brownies, but love blondies. Chocolate chips can also be used instead of butterscotch.

Ingredients For peanut butter blondies

1 1/2 csugar

1/2 cpeanut butter, smooth or crunchy

3eggs
-
1 stickbutter, room temperature (unsalted)

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
6 ozbutterscotch chips (or more, if you like)
How To Make peanut butter blondies

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar, peanut butter, eggs, butter and vanilla.

3In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.

4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in butterscotch chips

5Spread into an ungreased 9x13 pan

6Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes. They will be cracking and brown around the edges when done. Cool, cut and serve.
