When I first made them I was a bit skeptical because I have always had terrible orange flavored things before but after my first bite I was hooked, and when paired with the Orange Cream cheese frosting...it is taken clear out of the ball park!

Ingredients For orange brownies

1 1/2 call-purpose flour

2 cgranulated sugar

1 tspsalt

1 cbutter, softened

4eggs

2 tsppure orange extract

1 tspfresh grated orange zest
How To Make orange brownies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan.

2Stir together flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add butter, eggs, orange extract, and orange zest. Using a handheld electric mixer, beat until well blended.

3Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown and set. Remove from oven, allow to cool, and pierce the entire cake with a fork.

4Spread the Orange Cream Cheese Frosting over completely cooled brownies. Cut into squares.
