My mom used to love when I made these cute little puffs. I will be making them in memory to her this year and share them w/ my church.

Ingredients For oh so sweet pastry puffs

  • 3 Tbsp
    pineapple sundae topping
  • 1-1/2 c
    sweetened, flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c
    chopped macademia nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    caramel sauce, warmed
  • 1
    sheet of puff pastry, thawed from a 17.3 oz pkg

How To Make oh so sweet pastry puffs

  • 1
    Heat oven to 400. Spray 6 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface. Unfold pastry sheet, roll into a 12" x 10" rectangle.

    W/ long side facing you, spread pineappl topping onto pastry to 1/2" of edge. Sprinkle w/ coconut and nuts. Starting at the long side, roll up jelly roll style. Press seam to seal.

    Cut into 6-2"-pieces. Place pastry, cut-side up into muffin cups. bake 25 min, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly. Drizzle each pastry w/ 1 tsp caramel sauce.
