Ingredients For no dough cheese strudel (yugoslavian)

18 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese

1/2 ptsour cream

5 Tbspsugar

4eggs
-
4 Tbspflour

4 Tbspmelted butter

1 tspvanilla or may use lemon juice

pinchsalt
How To Make no dough cheese strudel (yugoslavian)

1Melt butter in a 8x8 glass pan. Mix all remaining ingredients together with mixer; pour over melted butter in pan. Bake at 350^ until golden brown, about 1/2 hour. Let set about 20 minutes before cutting in squares.

2Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar. We also have served with cherry pie filling spooned over each square when serving.
