I bake this for my family. We are huge peanut butter fans and love cheesecake so it is a great combination for us!

Ingredients

  • 1 - pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

How To Make morgan's peanut butter cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Step 3
    Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk and mix until it is smooth.
  • Step 4
    Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • Step 5
    Melt the peanut butter chips in a small bowl.
  • Step 6
    Add 1/3 of the batter to the melted chips and stir by hand until well blended.
  • Step 7
    Pour the vanilla batter into the crust.
  • Step 8
    Pour the peanut butter batter into the crust.
  • Step 9
    Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl, giving it a marbled effect.
  • Step 10
    Bake 45 minutes or until center is set. Will start to crack.
  • Step 11
    Cool, chill, serve and eat.
