This new dump cake recipe I created is grasshopper, filled with mint fudge cookies and Andes mints and without the alcohol.

10Andes mints, chopped

1 cheavy cream

8 ozcream cheese, softened

3 tspmint extract

4drops green food coloring

1 boxchocolate fudge cake mix

1 chot fudge sauce

1 1/2 stickmargarine, sliced thin
How To Make minty grasshopper dump cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2Add mint fudge cookies in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped Andes mints.

3In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, mint extract, and green food coloring; whisk well until blended and smooth.

4Pour into the cookie mixture and spread evenly. Slowly add the cake mix onto the mint cream mixture, drizzle with hot fudge sauce, and add margarine slices on top.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
