Made these this morning had to get rid of three peaches they turned out rather well not too hard to do and as you can see I only have 3 left somebody ate one. Stuff doesn't last long around here.

Ingredients For mini peach crisp

  • 3 md
    fresh peachs
  • I/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond flavoring
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter (sliced)

How To Make mini peach crisp

  • 1
    Put the sliced peaches in a small Bowl mix the flour and sugar pour over the peaches at the almond flavoring and mix well. Put mixture into ramekins.

    In a small bowl mixed together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and sliced butter. What's pastry cutter cut butter into mixture tell the size of peas baking a 350 degree oven for a round 25 to 30 minutes or until tops are light brown and Peach mixture is bubbly.
