I found this in the south beach diet book, can be altered in many ways substitute the vanilla extract for almond extract and replace the choc chips with almonds. I have been trying to cut out my ice cream cravings; I found this just as satisfying

    ricotta cheese, part-skim
  • 1/4 c
    semi-sweet chocloate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg
    sugar substitute
