Ingredients For marshmallow filling

  • 7/8 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1
    egg white
  • 6
    marshmallows
  • coconut

How To Make marshmallow filling

  • 1
    Place first four ingredients in a double boiler,beating constantly for three minutes.Add marshmallows.Continue cooking for four minutes.Remove from heat,beat until thick.Spread on top and between layers of cake.You can sprinkle coconut on top.
