I came up with this idea for breakfast this morning. It is a sweet and savory roll the whole family will enjoy :)

Ingredients For maple bacon cinnamon rolls
- DOUGH

2 cflour

2 Tbspsugar

4 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

4 Tbspbutter

3/4 cmilk
- FILLING

4 Tbspbutter, softened

1 csugar

2 tspmaple syrup

3 tspcinnamon

4 slicebacon, cooked
- GLAZE

1/2 cpowdered sugar

1/4 cmilk

How To Make maple bacon cinnamon rolls

1Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients for the filling in a small bowl and mix.

2In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in softened butter then add milk. Knead the dough then roll out on a floured surface about 1/4 inch thick.

3Spread filling on the rolled out dough. Crumbled the cooked bacon and sprinkle on top of filling. Rollup the dough then cut into 12 pieces with a sharp knife. I used 2 pie pans and sprayed cooking spray before I placed the rolls in them. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Add glaze and serve.
