How To Make making homemade colored sugar (or splenda)
-
1Place desired amount of sugar in a resealable plastic bag. Add 1 to 3 drops of food coloring. Squeeze out all air, and massage the color into the sugar until no clumps remain (measurements are just a starting point, use as much sugar as needed and drops of food coloring to get desired color).
-
2NOTE: You can use gel or liquid food coloring. Both work well. Just takes a little more massaging the sugars in the bag to soften them up when using liquid food coloring.
-
3Including some "Sugar Eggs" for Gail.
- Last Step: Don't forget to share! Make all your friends drool by posting a picture of your finished recipe on your favorite social network. And don't forget to tag Just A Pinch and include #justapinchrecipes so we can see it too!
