This is fantastic to take to Potluck dinners! It is quick and easy to make. But it does have to chill overnight. At least 8 hours.

Ingredients For low carb jello-cream mold

  • 2 pkg
    any flavor sugar free jello (small size)
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 8 oz
    package of cream cheese. (not low or non fat)

How To Make low carb jello-cream mold

  • 1
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into blender with cream cheese and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.

    Pour into Mold.

    Refrigerate overnight. Unmold and serve.
