This recipe of mine was printed in a cookbook, that was put together by Sidney Health Center Extended Care employees. We could bring one or more recipes to share.I really thought that was a neat idea and I do have more in there. A coworker at the time told me she makes this with pistachio pudding instead of lemon. They both taste good, so enjoy.The name of our cookbook is "Generations of Love." This is a nice cool dessert and my family and friends loved it for that reason.

Ingredients For lemon lush

1/4 cmargarine

1 1/2 cflour

1/2 cfinely chopped nuts

1 cpowdered sugar

1 ccool whip
-
1 (8oz) pkgcream cheese

2 (sm) pkginstant lemon pudding mix

3 cmilk
How To Make lemon lush

1Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan. I prefer a pyrex dish as it looks better. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. and then cool. Mix together powdered sugar,cool whip and cream cheese. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.

2Mix both packages of pudding mix and milk together, spread over the cream cheese mixture.Refrigerate and chill until pudding is set. Put cool whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill and serve
