Ingredients For lemon ice box pie

3 ozbox of lemon jello

1 cboiling water

8 ozcream cheese
-
1 csugar

5 Tbsplemon juice

1 cancarnation evaporated milk, well chilled

graham cracker crumbs
How To Make lemon ice box pie

1Dissolve jello into boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened.

2Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice with mixer until smooth. Add thickened jello and beat well.

3In a separate bowl, beat the carnation milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese; jello mixture and beat well with mixer.

4Line bottom of 9x13-inch pan with crushed graham crackers. Spread filling over and top with more crushed graham crackers. Cover and chill until firm.
