Ingredients For italian fried zeppoles

    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 2 pinch
    salt
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • powdered sugar for coating

How To Make italian fried zeppoles

    Start heating up deep fryer while preparing dough.If you don't have a deep fryer you can use a large pot....

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl

    Drop by spoonfuls into fryer. Fry 3-4 minutes (they should flip automatically) if not flip them.

    Drain them on paper towel...Blot excess oil...

    Throw them into a brown bag with powdered sugar shake.You don't have to do the bags...You can just throw them in a bowl of Powdered Sugar....
