How To Make italian fried zeppoles

1Start heating up deep fryer while preparing dough.If you don't have a deep fryer you can use a large pot....

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl

3Drop by spoonfuls into fryer. Fry 3-4 minutes (they should flip automatically) if not flip them.

4Drain them on paper towel...Blot excess oil...

5Throw them into a brown bag with powdered sugar shake.You don't have to do the bags...You can just throw them in a bowl of Powdered Sugar....
