1/4 tspbaking soda

2 clight brown sugar

3 Tbspground coffee (preferably freshly ground)

1 pinchpinch salt

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1/2 csliced almonds
- GLAZE:

1 Tbspmelted butter

2 Tbspirish whiskey

3/4 cconfectioners sugar
How To Make irish coffee blondies

1Melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly. In one bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, coffee, salt, eggs, and vanilla.

2Pour the melted butter into the sugar mixture, and stir. Add the flour mixture, and stir until just combined.

3Pour the batter into a 9×13 pan that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray.

4Sprinkle the sliced almonds all over the top of the blondies. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 27 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely.

5Make the glaze by whisking together butter, whiskey, and powdered sugar. Drizzle glaze all over the blondies. Let sit for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
