Ingredients For homemade crackerjack

  • 2 c
    peanuts, shelled
  • 1 c
    hickory nuts, if available
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts or pecans
  • 6 qt
    cor, popped unsalted
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    white or dark corn syrup

How To Make homemade crackerjack

  • 1
    mix corn and nuts, cook sugar and syrup til it hairs
  • 2
    pour over corn, mix well; leave loose and form into balls while warm.....good
