homemade cinnamon rolls

It's a really good recipe and easy. I used container of cream cheese frosting. You can make homemade frosting by combining 1 1/2 C powdered sugar and 4 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Mix frosting ingredients well and spread on rolls.

  • 2 c
    jiffy baking mix
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make homemade cinnamon rolls

    Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 8 inch square pan.

    Combine baking mix and milk. Blend well.
  • 3
    On floured surface, knead approximately 10 times or until dough is no longer sticky to the touch.

    Roll out to a 15x8 rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of butter. Roll up and slice into 1 inch wide pieces.

    Place in pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
